In Cilento each road leads to a medieval village, or a farmhouse, or a wine cellar. This itinerary will allow you to taste the best wine of Cilento, produced from native vineyards. The visits to the best wine cellar of the area allow you to get in touch with this fascinating world. The excursion follows with the visit to the olive-press, where the production process will be explained, from the olives’ harvest to the finished product, follows by a tasting.

A guided tour in the most important cheese factory of Paestum.
Walking in the cheese factory estate you will be allow to see buffalos, often dipped in water, you will visit their stables and the modern milking system. You will assist at the mozzarella-processing and you will taste these products. After enjoyed these dairy delicacies   you will continue the visit through the estate, you will admire ancient utensils and tools conserved in the Peasant Civilization Museum.
