Introduction
By this official area database, directly managed by local operators on behalf of Parco del Cilento and Vallo di Diano corporation, it is possible to get all the information on the destination and to book all the products in real time. The final purpose is to promote and to market the whole territory, guaranteeing the presence of the hugest number of operators, which will make you to know clearly any information on price and service you need.

Present general conditions are valid for bookings on Cilento and Vallo di Diano Deskline system on the site www.cilentoturismo.it. The use of thise site assumes your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions (included the informative one on privacy). By continuing to access, use or browse this site, you indicate that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. - bookings
Each booking of hotels present in this site directly reaches by a networking to the hotel that you have chosen.

3. - contract and payment
By completing a booking, you are directly related to the hotel. All the rights and duties arising from the contract directly involve only you and the hotel. The site holder is clearly relieved from any beach of the two, included the missed payment. You must pay for your service/hotel directly to the supplier.
The system requires credit card number just in order to guarantee your reservation. No further charges are made by this website.

4. – Cancellation and penality
Bookings made on this website can be cancelled directly by contacting the destination hotel.
The following conditions apply to cancellations:

- cancellation reached between the day of the booking and the 30° day before the arrival: no penalty;
- cancellation reached between 29° and the 8° day before the arrival: 30 penalty% on the whole price;
- cancellation reached between 7° and the 3° day before the arrival: 50 penalty%
- cancellation reached in the last 2 days before the arrival: 70 penalty%.

5. – hotel categories and information
The common international classification of the hotels on the basis of stars represents an indication of the level of the hotel. As such, the hotels are given access to an entrante through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability, descriptions and other information which is displayed on this website.

6. - prices
All the suitable prices are directly established and updated by hotels.
The hotel keeper guarantees that the displayed prices are the same you must pay on the arrival. The site holder is clearly relieved from any responsibility concernning variations in prices.

7. – Governing laws and jurisdiction
These terms and condition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Italy.

8. – Site manager responsibility
All the information in this site have been minutely picked. The holder of the system, Cilento tourism association, doesn't answer for false declarations about any information.
